I'm light skinned olive and people always try to match me too dark and orangey.
Was even disappointed to find some of the new "olive" releases are peachy or orange. That's not olive lol

I think getting your perfect olive tone should just take some trial and error. I'm going to pick up the yellow and blue this weekend :)

Taylor Tatum I have this problem too, either too pink or yellow. Very few companies do pale neutral😭

If you mix pink and blue it will turn out purple ish so you should not do that it is more rational to use a little bit of yellow and blue to create a light green shade.
@@makishoujo1568 yeah and green dulls out red (or in this case, pink) so it'll become more neutral

I think this is a really cool product for makeup artists! especially those who work with tonnes of clients
Please state all the Facts . The White is used to lighten Paler Foundations ONLY. It literally states in the pamphlet that it’s not recommended to use the white to lighten Deep Dark Shades because the white colors offsets the deeper pigments and starts turning the foundation gray. You can even see in your first mix that the color turned gray.

Also the blue is recommended foe the medium and lighter shades to make them warmer and the orange is for the darker shades to make them warmer. They also say rat the white is a neutraliser, hence turning dark shades grey when it's mentioned to neutralise yellow... that's what they said about the yellow.
rob mad ? Absolutely not . But if you gon recommend a product do the full research on it . Or you know read the pamphlet they sent in the damn PR box ? But that doesn’t matter right lol. A bunch of dark skin people walking around with grey foundation because she recommended that you use a WHITE mixer to deepen darker shades lol The fuck.

Definitely need to get the yellow foundation mixer! I got the shade 290 from the fenty beauty foundations and it looked like a green cast. Almost too olive for me, hopefully this can fix it.
This...is amazing. I'm SUPER pale and super cool and nearly all the lightest shades of drugstore foundations I've tried have been too dark or too yellow/orange on me. That white and blue might save my life... though...I wonder how this foundation wears for dry skin because I'm also ridiculous arid.

I tried this with multiple foundations just last night and I never did get the color right. This requires so much patience to perfect the ratios. Most people dont have time for that.
If things are way off with many foundations I would say try it, but if there are other ways to make it work I would say do that first. This was exhausting.
So...do you think I could use the blue as a foundation if I needed to make my face blue? 😂 (Halloween costume next year)

Actually I was mystique from X-men last year (family themed costume) so I probably won’t do it again but just in case! I just remember putting the standard Halloween face paint on and it was a mess. If I had something like this that dried down matte and didn’t move around it would have looked so much better!

How do you make a foundation darker? the ones I have from Camera Ready Cosmetics have the right yellow undertone but they are way too light.

Bought the LA Girl Pro Matte Foundation today in the shade Ivory because my skin tone is fair but I'm not sure about the undertones because the veins in my arms will look blue in some lighting and green in others. Which mixing pigment do you think would be best for me?

I think the mixers would be a great investment, even to get all of them! Like I have yellow undertones and am pale but sometimes the foundation can be TOO YELLOW, which mixer would I use to still keep that warm undertones but not have it be so yellow????

is sandy beige lighter than light tan?? on your face and on the palette it looks like they are almost the same darkness with different undertones. but the swatches on your arms look like sandy beige is a lot lighter than light tan?
