+huuhuy huy It's alright as we are dealing with 24VDC. There is no harm because if you see technically sensors are also switching voltage ON/OFF while PLC is running. So it's alright! Anyways thanks for suggestion

Where do to connect the Zero volt when connecting it back to the power supply
is it possible to give Neutral to the common of the outputs so that the PlC would give me N and wire the first terminal of the indicators to the outputs of PLC and give the other terminal of the indicators ( Live ) L?
so that i give 220V to the indicators

Hello maceide - Thanks for appreciation. Well, when you tranfer the program frpm PC to PLC it overwrites the old program with the new one. How come yous till having the old program in PLC? Can you please share the process with screenshots at nfiautomation@gmail.com

Hi Rajvir thank you the lesson. could you assist me, i am using a omron cp1l-m30-dt-d plc for some reason my output channels are lacked and over riding my program the light goes on and off between the programs, my output devices are always active and not responding to my program. is there a seeting im missing in the plc? is the plc broken which will be strange as two of them are having the same problem. my program and wiring is all good.
Perhaps this could be that there is another bit in the program which is latching your output. You need to check for that.

Can you please tell me how can I transfer my program from old PLC to a new one? I am helping someone to transfer his current program from an old PLC to a new PLC. The PLC in your video is the exact one I am working on right now. 11 I/O not 7 I/O.
Download the PLC program from old PLC and change the controller in it and make sure I/Os are correctly defined and then download to the new PLC
