I began following my intuition and was initiated into the spiritual awakening process 7 yrs ago. Interestingly it occurred just as I was beginning to read the Book of Revelation in the Bible, 7th time I read it which I believe explains this. I didn't know anything about this process at all. However, going back to my awakening period, it was when the moon was in my sun sign. There were other things I was led to do as well, eating pink salt, grounding in the Earth, exercising creativity right brain integration (singing/music), inner child healing (spiritual journaling/releasing), getting into my heart (doing things I loved as a child), following my gut brain (getting my body alkaline, drinking pure water, ditching fluoride, alcohol, white sugar and processed foods, reducing portion sizes) and meditating/praying. It is like an antenna that opens up inside a person. It is the most beautiful thing I have ever experienced.
I was groomed and initiated since childhood, they even gave me mild fetal alcohol poisoning to amp-up my nervous system. I haven't been able to recover from samadhi. It was beautiful but also fuckin horrible.

Works for me (I'm also 66 so I practice rentention enough) n sometimes my inner child likes to play to which I AM okay with that. You're correct. Keep it in but you need to abide with a godly lifestyle that preserves the Seed. From a physiological standpoint your body's PH needs to be more alkaline than acid while promoting the flow off things in your body in a natural optimum way . Abstinence, ascetism in general is needed. Even your thoughts have an impact. You cant be a glutton, as it produces too much acid that destroys the seed. Obviously you cant ejaculate as that wastes the seed. You cant be in anger or a stressful/anxious state as much as possible, that also increases the bodies acid and just spends energy. Happened to me in May. I've no idea how I managed to do it so powerfully. I quit alcohol last year I heard that kills the seed instantly? ..... But my awakening was dramatic, I came across new information also, I think that can play a supporting role... But wow for about 2 weeks, I felt I had a connection to the god field? Aether? Direct knowledge? .. When I left my home to food shop, I seen beings walking among us that had a dark, almost fully scabbed face. Synchronicity happening all the time. Astrotheology knowledge came. I was told to fast for theses 3 days to help induce this experience. However when i did it, I did it wrong. I had eaten meat and cheese the day prior and it caused digestive issues which made the whole process not a great experience. I learned some things but nothing spiritually interesting or profound that sticks out for me.

Hello, dear. The sign which you sun is when you are born is the natal sun sign. Every lunar cycle (~28 days) the moon makes the same orbit through the 12 signs that the sun makes through the year, so that when the moon is in that same sign (for approx. 2.5 days per cycle) is when the moon is in that sign. You can calculate this on sites like astrotheme.com If you comment back on this post, I may make a video just on using that site in the near future. :)

Natal solar sign means the sign the sun was in on the exact time of your birth. The moon finds herself in this area 12-13 times per solar year, so it will be different for every birthday.

As long as you're making intention to not deliberately stimulating yourself in waking hours, you're making progress towards stopping them; it doesn't happen right away, but they do get fewer and farther between episodes, and you will experience an increase in power as you gradually can contain it! Conscious intention is the first step towards conquering these things. Good on you for doing so! Do you find that when you have these thoughts that you entertain them or fantasize, or sometimes end up looking at images, etc., even without physical stimulation? Just mental stimulation itself can trigger these episodes, so some inner work to expose and reassess where those tendencies stem from is usually needed. A lot of it has to do with how we developed crushes when we were younger and our deeper subconsious thoughts planted during those early years... Stick with your goal, and every time an issue comes up, re-assess, re-align, and re-embark!
To begin with, try taking DIM. Found on Amazon easily and many other places such as health stores. But you should practice, practice, practice and intend, of course. Also you could try mucuna pruriens. Estrogen dominance can bring this on very easily. However, DO NOT get stuck to simply taking a pill to help. They will rebound quickly once you stop taking them should you not heed the admonition to PRACTICE. Drinking/ eating from plastic and many other things can bring on this condition. Research the physical situations that bring this on and minimize as much as possible, but most of ALL DO THE PRACTICES AND LEARN TO CONTROL YOUR OWN BODY. The link above is where I have been able to determine the most data. There is a book called the biology of Kundalini get a hold of that. It is my understanding that the sidereal is the correct terms but because it has been lost to the ancient sons of time it is good to practice throughout all of them. Which puts you into more like a six or seven day time span versus a 2.5 day time span. Eventually you will be able to determine when your time is. But again, from those who I have been learning from sidereal appears to be the correct path to follow
regardless of sidereal or tropical, whenever the moon enters the same place as your natal solar position is what matters.

I was told to fast for theses 3 days to help induce this experience. However when i did it, I did it wrong. I had eaten meat and cheese the day prior and it caused digestive issues which made the whole process not a great experience. Each sign = 30degrees, which is about 2.5 days. 2.5x12 = 30 days, or 1 lunar cycle. Reference is the time from when the moon aligns with your natal solar degree every lunar month.

Hello, dear.
The sign which you sun is when you are born is the natal sun sign. Every lunar cycle (~28 days) the moon makes the same orbit through the 12 signs that the sun makes through the year, so that when the moon is in that same sign (for approx. 2.5 days per cycle) is when the moon is in that sign.
You can calculate this on sites like astrotheme.com

Alkalinity will definitely prevent the latter, but is a trajectory we can achieve in steps, not necessarily now or never. Each cycle progressively will get cleaner and cleaner until it won't need to purge the acidic fluids without conscious direction, and will be able to retain the pure substance - even now for me, stimulation for several hours has no blue ball effect, when before it would be really bad.
