That way, the tongue won't block the throat and the air will go directly to the lungs. Repeat 5 times in cycle of 30/2. 4-Then, bind the knee of the people in order for you to push her on the side. Take one of their arm on the same side as their knee and put that one across their body, to the other side. Then, things should go slightly when you try to put that people on their side (it is for the same purpose as the chin, and also to stop possible pukes). I thing I forgot a lot of things, but all of those might save lives. In any case, don't try to be a hero, just do it when no one is around. The most important thing is to call for help.
