The way they do wiring in some places.....I would worry about it burning down something......at least a little solder and heat shrink or a crimper or something not even a wire nut or tight tape

Se ve que funciona bien, pero en calles planas, en una subida como se comporta en ese caso no hiciste la prueba, porque se necesita es de que en una trepada funcione correctamente, en plan o en pendiente no hay problema, me gustaría ver si funciona en una trepada ., pero está bien lo que hiciste, felicidades.

You need crimp on electrical connectors. Twisting the wires together is not the safest connection. Even if you soldered the wires and taped them, it would be safer than just twisting them and taping them.

The trail on the fork is too long. So it needs more forward axel for the steering tube angle. ChatBike!

The structural integrity would be greatly inproved if the frame would even vaquely resemble an actual triangle. this has the makings of cataclysmic collaps and personal injury at the first pothole.
The electricity is wonky to say the least. If you know how to weld you must know how to solder?

Que clase de motor , en que aparatos son usados, corriente directa o alterna ,buen video, lastima que no está en español, no hay sonido de tu voz para especificar el tipo de motor ,donde los venden ,o si se consiguen usados en que aparatos son usados , todas esas características te falta en el video, de que nos sirve ver el video, si no tenemos información, todos los videos deben de tener información, porque todo mundo los ve, para eso sirve hacer videos en Internet pero con información, siempre que hagas videos da la información de las cosas más importantes, en el caso de las bicicletas y la batería son cosas que ya las conocemos , pero en el caso del motor, cómo hay variedades es necesario la información, felicidades un saludo.

Where did you get that rear kickstand? What is it called? I can't seem to find those available anywhere.
Does not look like a comfortable ride, leaning forward on steering. A more upright riding position would be better.
