An house with a kitchenette is not going to be issued a building permit. Second, having the hob under the stairs is not a viable or safe placement. The living room is a very nice room. The dining area is too small. The entry, with a proper vestibule, is very nice indeed. Having the bedroom upstairs with the bathroom down is a compromise too far for me.
