    What's the benefit of using discard/starter with baker's yeast? Does it add flavor?
    EDIT: I mean to ask, why ask the sourdough at all. Does it change flavor?

      It gives you that good gut bacteria. It helps you not absorb much sugar from your meals. So whenever you eat anything with starter/discard with your meals, you’re helping your gut digest food easier.

      The sourdough adds probiotics to anything you add it to. Making it gut healthy and easier to digest :)

      500 grams Bread Flour
      250 grams Water
      120 Sourdough Starter
      25 grams softened unsalted butter
      10 grams Salt
      10 grams instant yeast
