MS Access - Relationships Part 1: Relationships with tables

Hi, how would you go about inserting into multiple tables where they all have relationships? I get an access error every time :(

@@MrLongITandCATthe video doesn't match my problem exactly as i don't have a table for selection, I have 3 tables, two of which are connected to my main table, two tables have autonumbers and when I try to insert anything into the tables it gives me an access error, I might be trying to do to much at once though :/
