So many home truths in this video - I’ve used many of the strategies you set out. Finding myself in a little rut again and this video is a timely reminder to take action, plan, get a routine and focus on becoming who I was and can be again!
I hear you, it's so hard to change things. Lately I decided that I wasn't sleeping well and I spent too much time on social media so I deleted twitter which took up most of my time on social media, especially after I just woke up even if I woke up after not getting enough sleep I would check twitter but now after a few days without it I feel so much better and I sleep more. Now to make myself exercise and draw again siiiigh so hard, I lose motivation for these two so often it's sad :(.
Thank you, nice video. I think you're beautiful! I felt "stuck" for a long time and unfortunately got more challenging things on my path like a life threatening disease. I recently purchased a book " the Artist Way" and after doing "morning pages" for a few weeks....lo and behold, my life started to "flow" again. Not fighting with or against myself anymore.....amazing!!

Know what your going through I trick I've learnt is phone and tablet get out away at 8pm then I doodle simple doodles it helps fun the Brian off so I can sleep or read a fiction book
