Muy buen video, es un buen hotel. Yo trabaje alli como mesero por casi seis años y tengo muy lindos recuerdos. Conocí a muchos turistas hermosos. Lástima que a mi edad ya no puedo darme el lujo de servir en ese hotel. Pero si lo extraño mucho. Eso si gracias a mi entrega a mi trabajo fui muy destacado en la empresa, lo di todo mucho esfuerzo para superar las espectativas del huesped.

Hola, muchas gracias por su mensaje! 😊 Nos sentimos muy seguros en el hotel y no tuvimos ninguna mala experiencia. En cuanto a la seguridad,hay muchos guardias de seguridad por todas partes.Todos los medios de transporte (coche, taxi, autobús...) que entran en Playacar está minuciosamente controlado. Antes de entrar en el hotel, cada coche o peatón es controlado de nuevo por el personal de seguridad. Se ruega a los huéspedes que muestren sus pulseras e indiquen su número de habitación. La información se transmite por al personal de seguridad del vestíbulo. Frente al vestíbulo, se comprueba de nuevo el número de huéspedes. También en Playa del Carmen hay seguridad por todas partes y mucha policía. Creo que lo mejor que se puede hacer en Playa del Carmen es pasear en familia o en grupo, no solo y no hasta muy tarde, hasta medianoche es suficiente. Todo lo que se muestra en el vídeo es todo incluido, No incluido Caja fuerte 2 euros al día Tasa turística 1 € al día por persona parasailing y jetsky Espero que me haya entendido. Vielen Dank! Wir waren ab Mitte September bis Anfang Oktober dort. Freies WLAN hatte man nahezu im gesamten Resort, sogar am Strand, kam aber auch immer darauf an, wo man sich aufhielt. Für die Strandtücher gibt es dort mehrere Stände. Dort arbeitet immer eine Person und händigt gegen ein Kartenpfand die Strandtücher aus. All das natürlich ohne ein Entgelt erbringen zu müssen, dies zählt ebenfalls zu der All inclusive Dienstleistung. Wir wünschen euch einen wunderschönen Urlaub!!!

Wetter top sonnig bis auf einen Tag wo es geschüttet hat wie aus Eimern, besonders nördlich von Cancun, weshalb leider unser Ausflug nach Holbox ausfiel. Würde aber definitiv auch wieder in dieser Jahreszeit fliegen bzw. Anfang des Jahres, da mir im Sommer die Gefahr auf Seegras zu hoch ist. Hatten wir schon mal in der Dom Rep und war super ärgerlich

No hemos tenido ninguna experiencia personal con Kids Club porque no tenemos niños pequeños. Sé que el Kids Club tiene una variedad de programas y los niños son cuidados todo el día. We were lucky. The first 10 days were perfect, there was almost no algae. The locals told us that before our arrival there was a lot of algae. After Hurricane Ian, which hit Cuba and Florida hard, there were algae for 3-4 days, but they were constantly removed with a special tractor. Thank you very much! The hotel is very suitable for everyone. During our stay we met five men traveling alone. With two of them we went good friends. We have been celebrating with them our silver wedding anniversary in “Loco “ restaurant in Playa del Carmen. You can see that in my other video about Playa del Carmen. We felt highly safe in the hotel. In Playa del Carmen I do not recommend to walk alone in the dark in the narrow alleys and the surrounding streets where you can’t spot any police or people in general. Otherwise there is a high level of security on the street with many police and security guards. A man told us he was drunk at 2:00 a.m. in Playa del Carmen. The police saw him and told him “it wasn't safe to be there alone drunk at this hour”. They advised him to take a taxi and go to the hotel. The man took a taxi to the hotel and the police car accompanied him to the hotel. Be that as it may What I mean to say by that is that the police there is doing a very well job! Of course you have to be more careful when traveling alone. But if you do everything right, don't walk alone in the dark and don't drink so much, then everything will be fine. In addition, you quickly get to know the people in the hotel - the best place for this is the swimming pool.
Todos los días había pescado del horno y ensalada de mariscos. A veces había paella. No había langostas, cangrejos, mejillones, calamares o camarones adicionales, solo en ensalada o en paella.
To be honest the food was great at least from our standpoint. You have a vast amount of various dishes. The menu differs day by day, it depends of the current motto of the day. If the motto is “Italy” they offer for instance Italian food. However you will find a proper choice for all kind of diets I would say. We had the luck to be cooked by a very talented Italian cook. If you are sick of the buffet you have the possibility to visit one of 4 restaurants which are located at the restort. But it’s mandatory to book a table prior. In the restaurants you will get a three course menu. I would especially recommend to eat at the Mexican restaurant. The atmosphere was great and it goes without saying the food of course either. Moreover if you miss one of the restaurant appointment or the buffet you can go to the bar near by the pool. They offer pizza, burgers, fries an salad (open in the night too). The pizza was kind of good. Be that as it may if anything fails there are a lot of restaurants in Playa del Carmen which seemed to be alright and not that expensive. We tried one of restaurants because we used to celebrate there our wedding anniversary. We wanted to get the typical Mexican experience by eating with mariachi playing music around you. That was one of the most fun moments of the entire vacation.
the food is definitily not bad. The buffet restaurant might not have the biggest choices, that's true. It's also not "high-end" food but you can enjoy every day. The pasta is always "al dente". The restaurants give you some variety
We went briefly to the Azteca to compare it with the Maya. At first glance we liked Maya better. But I can’t say anything about the rooms and the service in the Azteca, because we didn’t live there. We liked the beach and the pools better in Maya. The pool at the Maya hotel had a pool bar.
Free WiFi was available almost throughout the resort, even on the beach, but it always depended on where you are. Sometimes my daughter had no connection or very slow connections in her room. In our room we didn't have this problem.
