What would you rate this hotel? Thinking of going there but would like some honest feed back. The most important things to me is the food and how nice the beach is.
I would rate 4 stars. It is much better that RIU palace close by. The food is OK. If I compare it with the other resorts I like; Grand Fiesta Coral Beach ( cancun former diamond rated, RIU Palace Playa Del Carmen)
Hi, I don't know if you have already booked this hotel or not but do it if you haven't yet because it's great! We've just spent 10 days there and - IMO- it was amazing! The food is excellent, the beach is nice but could be cleaned more often (sargassum). This was our first time in Mexico and this hotel was a good choice :) Recommended! Daniel

My parents went here 2 months ago and said it was a nightmare. They said the food was inedible and it smelled like sewage. My parents are not some rich snobs and don’t have high standards. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here.

RIU Palace Rivera is more expensive but this one is better. Yes, totally agree with you

Yes, there's a Kids’ Club and even a mini disco dedicated just for them.
Nice resort, but more Italian oriented, not much for entertainment. No elevator for floors. Good place for retirees.
