Yafet D ehhh depends on how much endurance you have. I can do heavy weight with 7-13 reps for 3 sets to build endurance. It all depends on how you work your muscles

I was going to say, he wasn't moving like it was real weights. He really hammed up the difficulty in the beginning and his reps increased in bar speed as he went.
It wasn't until Adam was able to speak while doing the reps that I then started to think, "Wait are these weights fake!?" I know that when you are bench pressing that much weight without being a professional athlete or bodybuilder, 225 lbs. is not something easily achievable for that many reps. It's one of the reasons I still don't discredit McCaffery because let's not forget he's 200 lbs. Thus, he's able to bench press more than his body weight 10 times.
