I've heard some commercial brewers are starting to move away from caustic cleaners to enzymatic cleaners due to them being less harsh chemicals and effective at lower temperatures. It would be good to know how practical that move is and what issues there may be to consider.

Hey, we recommend Nipac B , it isn’t currently available in homebrew quantities , hot caustic is an option but be very careful handling it
