When I was growing up, my family wasn't too well off, but my mother would do whatever she could to get me a transformer for my birthday and Christmas every year. Being in the 80's I had the luck of getting to experience G1 / G2 first hand. Some of the choices for transformers weren't always the premium ones that everyone wanted, and so I remember one year she got me Warpath. It was the only one she could find in our budget. He wasn't my favorite, but I loved the hell out of that toy. Cherished it even into adult hood. Sadly I lost a lot of my G1's in a fire, but I've been slowly rebuying some of them over the years to replace what was lost. The recent lines have helped fill some of that G1 nostalgia hit with some modern toys and I'm super happy about that. Warpath still isn't my favorite, but I'm going to buy this guy, and proudly put him on my shelf and it will spark that good memory from when I was a kid, every time I look at it.

No, he looks like the mobile suit that was specifically modified to be the commander of said mass-produced suits. Nobody said anything about calling him a drone.
There is one thing that I really love about this, the shoulders. He looks totally G1 in both modes, but what really annoyed me about the G1 toy, was that the arms connected more towards the waste, rather than up at their normal positioning. Now this version fixes that, which I really appreciate. If it isn't going to come through my local store, I'm going to BBTS order it.

Emgo has never changed I watched this guy when I was a kid back in 2013 and this is exactly how he sounds and how he does reviews,and now 2020 I'm 12 and I still watch this guy
Warpath is one of my favorite G1 figs and I am very pleased with this redux (particularly the size upgrade). My copy has a hard time staying together in tank mode without the shield so I think I'll keep that. ;)

I agree with @Sumdood. As much as I'd want to support local stores, if you want anything past Earthrise wave 1 you pretty much have to go online. I've had my best luck with Amazon and Hasbro Pulse. If you live in the Midwest, though, my local Meijers somehow has Sky Lynx. No deluxes past wave 1, but at least 2 or 3 Sky Lynx.
This is one of my favorite figures from wave one along with Blackarachnia, Cyclonus, and BW Megatron. My least favorite figures so far from this line are Cheetor, and the fossilizers.
Last night I received my copy of Warpath, and he is fantastic. He came with a Dinobot card/sticker. I've been wanting one like this since I had the G1 version. BEST WARPATH EVER!!!!, in my humblest opinion. I was a bit confused about the legs to start our with, but he's fine now.

Great review! Even though I will be a diehard Decepticon fan through eternity. Warpath is one of the few Autobots I enjoyed seeing in the Generation 1 cartoon. Unlike the typical boring, Autobots tough guy personalities. Like Brawn, Irohide. Cliffjumper, Windcharger & conceited Sunstreaker. Warpath was extremely powerful. But his exuberant personality allowed him to standout, differently from the other other. He was truly enjoyable to watch. Especially always battling my 3rd favorite Decepticon of all time, Blitzwing.
If you look at the trading card, after you peel the sticker, one of the animals in the background is a scorpion, I wonder if that means that we are going to get a new scorponock figure in this line.

For my TF WFC Kingdom Warpath, I need to use his blast shield to keep the front end together in his tank mode. I'm not complaining, as I like how his shield is used as a gap filler.
I got this guy recently and I like him. His feet don't like to stay together in tank mode without the shield sometimes but I don't mind, I actually like how it looks. Something funny I discovered while playing with him is he can sit in an invisible chair because his feet are so big?
@@EddieNova I don't know. They haven't actually been too bad recently. My Ironhide and Prowl was supposed to come in January and I just got it over a week ago.

If it was an option I would have ordered that set via BBTS while I will likely still order the occasional transformer through Amazon at the moment all my Kingdom preoders are through BBTS.
I know this might be a weird question emgo I thought you would know the answer to my question. I have some transformers that have the stickers coming off is there any way to reapply the stickers with something else that won't damage the toy?

I think kingdom warpath looks less like an M551 Sheridan and more like mix of an M60 Patton and an M41 Walker Bulldog.
