Very hard to know true height. Fan magazines just write what they are told and shorter guys will often wear boots or lifts in their shoes. The Beatles, except for Ringo, all claimed to be 5'11", but they also wore "Beatle boots" with noticeable heels.
@@fazole you are correct! But most guys wore boots back then. I’ll take everything into account when making content
Pretty standard in show business for guys under 5'8" to wear lifts/platforms.

@@elizabethstump4077 not a clue about his height but it says he was in the tubes from 72-86, and then back in 93 so I could find a way to squeeze him into my 70s video that almost finished. I’ll see if I can estimate a height and find a full length picture
Can I ask? What makes you think he is 6’5 or more? I’ve done research and think he’s definitely shorter than that?
@@DataWatch. Because my brother is 6'5" and was close enough to the stage to judge for himself and noted how tall he was when he saw The Tubes perform back in the late 70's/early 80's.
@ yea so you don’t know! He wore 10 inch boots on stage anyway lol. I hate you anyway, I spent about 3 hours researching him last night to put him in the 70s video with not much to show for it.
