Lupine Wildflower Trip | Crested Butte

This video is all about lupine! Last weekend I drove back to Crested Butte (my first time there in the spring) to see the wildflowers there for the first time. I don't think I've ever seen so many wildflowers (especially lupine) in my life. The footage from this video is from several trails around Crested Butte, and some bonus waterfalls towards the end. On the Lupine Trail I encountered two fairly large black bears that luckily ran off at the sound of my camera shutter but I did get a quick video glimpse of them too right before that. I was on my own so glad they ran off since I didn't have bear spray with me (which I should have!) I also visited the Snodgrass Trail, Brush Creek Trail, Gothic, and Kebler Pass and back via Marble.
