I love your tutorials. I am just getting back into French beading after several years away. I have a trick for the floss tie off. I am a professional bassoonist and make 100’s of bassoon reeds. Probably where my obsession for wire and thread came from. When I end the Turks head with the thread on a bassoon reed I lay down a loop of thread a few rows back and then wrap over it leaving the loop exposed. Cut off the end thread and feed through the guide loop and pull the loop under all of the threads. No knot or glue and it never comes undone.

Love your videos! Beautiful roses. What color beads did you use for the leaves? Also, you mentioned in your unboxing video that you may do a tutorial for coasters. Any chance that is coming soon? Would make great Christmas presents! Thanks again for the tutorials.
Sorry for the late reply Kelly! I used peacock green for the leaves. I do have a sample of the coaster but as I'm working on a deadline for a project and I'm due with my 3rd child at any moment, it will be on the back burner for a bit. But I will put it in the front of the queue when I'm ready to make more video projects!
Love your videos!! Just a silly question, where do you find your wire? That is a lovely red for the wire!
The wire I'm using is from Parawire.com. I'm using 22 gauge copper core in the red. You may also use 24 gauge.
Duco cement or beeswax are also very good for sealing the floss.
