Of course all of these goals are insane but the musty just really stands out. Tripple flip resets are cool but to get that much power after being that long in the air is nuts.
this musty is ridiculous it is literally unsavable
yeah that's like a good 12kph faster than any musty I've ever seen in competition. You could give 10 pros 10 hours each to hit that in freeplay and they wouldn't be able to
I can't stop watching that shot.. I remember watching that very game and my jaw literally dropped. Might be one of the best goals ever scored. So clean, so controlled and yet so damn powerful!
That last goal Zen looked like he was playing a street racing game with handbrake insane control.
I dont think alot of people actually understand how insane he is. Yes he can hit crazy shots and super consistently, but just the was he moves his car driving around is even insane. Dude is literally playing a different game.
Yeah, but I personally think that this coming split if a team shuts him out I'm talking demos boost steal Zen wont be a issue in RLCS if the RLCS teams are seeing Zen as a issue he might be the first player to get hard focused by teams.
For me its more his control of the ball. With his mechanics he can pull of this crazy shots not only consistently but also he is playing very fast and that makes it so good.
@@awita9922 Here's the thing, he's not the only insane player on the Vita roster. As someone who is familiar with 1s, he's aware of the demos, so it would take a lot of effort to completely shut zen out, and at that point, alpha and radosin can take over. If he was the only good player on that team, i agree with your strat, but he isn't.
@@awita9922 well this didn't age well
@@awita9922zen's defense against BDS (1v3) clip
i started playing rocketleague in 2015....its crazy how this game continues to be amazing with what people discovered through the years and can do currently
I simply cannot stop watching that 138!!!!!! kph musty against Atow... How he's able to generate such power is beyong me...
Highest mechanical player as of today.
He will definitely establish a top 3 player in rlcs rather quickly.
Arguably if zen will push Vitality to top 2 in Europe, he will be called the best player.
I think Vatira & his team Kcorp will beat vitality easy cause you must known 1v1 is different than 3v3 bcs zen needs to play together now
@@bounty5218 I agree, but zen is already highly competitive in high level 2s and 3s. Once vitality start to gel together I think Europe is done for
@@beckhamoneill1894 zen hasnt played a game of 3s in 4 seasons lmao look at his stat tracker
Dark is more mechanical
@@RPGesus.he has literally won 3 French 3v3 lans last year out of the 3 he participated in against players like fairy peak, radosin, kassio, parka, kassio, ekon, chausette, whisky drink, alpha 54, itachi, vatira, extra, saizen and more
Great video!
i am so proud of our french talents in every single piece of the internet, we will dominate the world ! boguette :)
this kid is insane
yall dont realise he wasnt even a once player until a few months ago, cant even imagene how hes gonna play in rlcs lol
A sneak peak into the future of RL. Maybe Rw9 or Nwpo can rise up to the challenge.
if you play this game and you see this you know he is built different
That last drift goal is something else, learning resets is one thing, this is absolutely something else... Amazing.
He makes everyone look like a plat 😭 how disgustingly good is he. His skill is above the current skill ceiling. Not in terms of new mechanics but consistency
3:48 definetly my favorite
I don’t follow the pro scene super closely, but I’ve watched a fair bit. He’s easily the most mechanical and highly skilled player we’ve seen to date. He’s just insane.
What would you define as the most mechanicle?
@@lilvin3610 just see how fast he is, controls the car, makes consistent shots and plays. he's out of this world, just recognize that, no player has ever come close to what he continues to do.
@@lilvin3610 he freestyles against the top 10 1v1 players or 2v2 players in the world. No one else moves like him, he finds mad angles in mad situations, puts so much pressure by showing his opponent he can do almost anything with his car that he can also fake at any moment. he pulled off triple resets, ceiling pinch double taps, flip rest pogos, double flip reset double taps and psychos in competitive matches, and all of that in just 10 games.
@@lilvin3610 It's a fair question. I think a lot of people might define mechanical as your ability to do crazy stuff like air dribbles, flip-resets and double taps, but in my opinion the term mechanical also includes awarenes, reaction time, positioning, speed and overall game sense.
@@andreasprestby8688 well mechanics is typically a reference to micro mechanics and/or macro mechanics in RTS games, because of the perceived importance of hand speed and control. air dribbles, flip-resets and double taps would all be defined as micro mechanics and yeah awarenes, positioning and overall game sense would be macro mechanical skills.
Yes
i wonder how much will translate for 1s to 3s and if he can dominate as much as he has in 1s in 3s
top 1s players almost always do well in 3s. the greatest 3s players are usually also the greatest 1s players
Jack and others said in the past that he's already the best 3s player in the world.
He wasn't a 1s player at all until a few months back.
So he's now going back to his main speciality.
He will be the best 3s player in the world, he just wont be able to do stuff like this as often because hell have way less space.
It’s funny you said this, he wasn’t much of a 1s player at all until these show matches. The story goes he grinded them for a month or two and became THIS good at 1s
@@sonoluminescent thats natural talent mixed with determination. i ❤️ zen
He's different
wow
What is the date for the next RLCS split?
First NA regional is on the 5th of May, first EU regional on the 12th of May.

we have bests players 🇫🇷
omg
second best in the world IMO, for me, RW9 is the best player in the world, he has a perfect combination of attack, precision and defense
RW9 is a better player, Zen has better mechanics but no one in the world holds a goal line like RW9
@@anonihme5142 exactly
@@anonihme5142 Agreed.
Dark's mechanics are more impressive to me , this doesn't mean that he is a better player too but definetly more mechanical, you see similar players to Zen but you never see players do stuff like Dark does and he is still only 14
i thought that too until i saw zen chaining pogos just like dark does
It's a matter of definition! If u define mechanics as "ability to do crazy shit fast" like flip-resets, pogos, dashes and double taps, then yes, Dark is more mechanical. The term mechanical involves so much more than that IMO.
maybe the most mechanical pro, but not the most mechanical player in general
Name a more mechanical player
@@ninobtf1310 any freestyler
@@deat-mq5xiA freestyler wouldn't even be able to hit an aerial in a pro lobby, making that kind of shot against a top RLCS team is 10 Times more demanding mechanically than hitting a quad reset with Infinite tries against plats
@@ninobtf1310 wow, you are really wrong in a lot of ways. 1, many freestylers actually do play in gc3 to pro lobbies in ranked. Saying that they cant even Aerial in an rlcs lobby is really underestimating. 2, you clearly dont have a grasp on what mechanics are. Just because zen is a pro and can pull a couple resets off against high level opponents does not make him the most mechanical player in the world. Mechanics is having the ability to do all those moves, and freestylers have mastered literally every thing involving mechanics. They have a much broader arsenal than any pro does, and just because they cant do their moves against someone who knows what they are doing does not make them any less mechanical.
@Deat lmao bro, I'm actually GC3 I play a lot of freestylers and a lot of pro/ bubble players at the beginning of every Season with the mmr reset. Among the pros I played, 2 really stand out in terms of mechanics: rezears and Yannx (back in Spring Split of RLCS 2021-2022 during the major in London) and I Can tell you my friend, what these guys are able to do mechanically in a competitive environnement is way more impressive than any freestylers I've met, and I've met plenty (Flytz Gappled Jzr...)
The consistency, the speed, the adaptability pros are capable of is way more demanding mechanically than whatever freestylers can do.
Also, I don't really think you understand what mechanics are, mechanics is not just flashy aerial stuff, it's way more than that. Mechanics is also being able to Travel fast across the field while keeping momentum, hitting the ball hard with precision, being able to create a play from a scuffed setup, and in all these area most pros (and especially Zen) are way more talented than freestylers
You are also biased by the fact that freestyling is more for esthetic than performance so you don't really see freestylers miss because they only post their best clips.

@@prodcio any idea when johnny will drop the zen v mawkzy?
@@prodcio None of that is surprising, it's just how the game works. No player can remain undefeated against another player in Rocket League. Depending on the day, any pro can beat any pro. That's why I don't understand why people go so crazy whenever someone beats another pro in a 1v1.. it doesn't mean anything. They can just as easily lose to that same player on a different day..
Sorry but Vatigoat >
hes the most consistent mechanical player, but what he does isn't the best mechanically
this is competitive, not freestyle, consistency is everything
No, zen is not the MOST mechy player rn. But he sure as hell is the most hyped upt player
Who is then 😂
@@Travis-kt4rc It would be a freestyler, like Maktuf or someone. Compared to freestylers' mechanics, Zen comes nowhere near.
@@nzesway538 Is their any point going on about the difference between freestyle mechanics and competitive mechanics. I’m pretty sure you should be socially aware enough to know people weren’t adding freestylers in as it’s a different form of competition.
