Our professor ALWAYS advice that WE SHOULD READ WHAT WAS THE QUESTIONS ASKED BEFORE WE READ THE PROBLEMS when I was taking BS Accountancy until the CPA Board Exam. And now, I am still applying it when I entered Law School. Napakahirap talaga ang Final Exam namin sa Persons and Family Relations, lalo na't isang oras lang time limit namin tapos 13 items saka may subsections pa, nakakainis talaga yung exam ko sa totoo lang, pero wala na akong magawa, sabi nya 'Let go and Let GOD'. Minsan may mga hypothetical cases na sobrang familiar sakin lalo na nung kakabasa ko lang siya sa mga exam test bank ng isang kilalang unibersidad at alam ko kung paano ko sasagutin. Yung iba, hirap i-recall mga provisions.. pero kinalaingan ko pa rin sumagot in a common sense. Godbless sa mga magtatake ng Bar Exam itong linggo. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Thank you, Atty. Lex for enlightening me. I am a BAR flunker who last took my 1st and last BAR Exams way back in 1991. I have identified my weakest point: how to attack the problem and am not convinced about how I answered the Questions. I didn't wonder why I did not pass the Exam. I am planning to retake the BAR this November 2023. Upon hearing and knowing the Tips you shared, I am starting to move slowly on my review.

I used to add "The answer would be different if [INSERT FACTS NA IN-ASSUME KO]..." It was a difficult habit to break but his words have made me better. I hope this helps you remember not to assume facts not in the problem. ❤️😀🙏🏼

I admit nung nag LET po ako yr 2018, may mahahaba at maiikli pero since Social Studies ako mas mahaba ang nasa majorship na nasa questionnaire. Mahaba sya mga 1 or 2 paragraphs po. Your advice is also same with the review class I attended. Yung dulo ang mas intindihin plus the keyterms as well 😊. And choose the best answer. But since magkaiba naman ang Teaching sa Law. Your videos are helpful to someone like me plus it helps me to be educated in legal terms. Godbless po😇🙏💯
