This song is about his ex wife and possibly Liam's ex as well. Noel didn't end his relationship on good terms very similar to Liam's breakup with Patsy in 2000 and this is just him reflecting on it all.
This and Champagne Supernova were played at my Dad’s funeral... big Oasis fan. Bless you all listening to this song. ✌🏻
