    The top needs a little tailoring.

    Looks like it's going to fall off her!! What is keeping the top up? The skirt with ruffle is beautiful.

    sorry but they don´t recreate anything, they take the fabric and make a totally new dress, not at all related to the original. If they wouldn't say it, you could never tell it was the old dress. Good to reuse the fabric and I guess have something that belonged to the mother. Totally random.

    Her mother and I had almost identical Jessica McClintock wedding dresses. I got married in 1990 and the peplum skirt and puffy sleeves were really big back then. Sorry to say I liked the original dress much better than the recreation.

    Circa early 1980's. No creation went into the recreation of the dress.

    Yes the neck line doesnt suit the rest that front hanging???? Dress doesnt even look like it fits properly

    I see a few comments here stating that nothing was recreated. The fact that they completely transformed this dress into something else (using the same fabric), specifically means they "recreated" it. They did not claim to have altered to fit another person in order to retain the original appearance.

    I liked everything except for the collar around her neck. A beautiful gold necklace would fit the bill

    It's nice but why so short?

    • @jeniferkenney2984
      @jeniferkenney2984 8 дней назад +3

      Right? I think it looks nothing like the original and they cut it too short. It's a pretty dress but more for a reception dress.

      Why not? Personal preference??

      @heatherkelly3744 Full-length dresses are more sophisticated, glamorous, and formal. Cutting it short just makes it a regular white dress, and it looks strange to have an above the ankle dress with a train.

      The original dress was short...almost like a tea length.

    Mom is beautiful✨ 👌🏻🧿 dad, oh well - he s a lucky 🍀guy 😅🤷🏻‍♀️ The dress nothing looks like original, sorry... As for the couple 👫they ve been together for 13 years already!? They could have a kid aged 12 or 11 by now.... For someone who never got married or who never spend that amount of time with someone, I always think that way, sorry. Im 46 and only reason for me to getting married would be having kids... But unfortunately its late now... God knows

    The dresses in the 80s and 90s were based on Princess Diana’s over the top dress.

    The top looks like it's barely hanging on, and she looks very uncomfortable like she feels like it's gonna slip down any minute.

    The bride to be is beautiful . But the dress redesign looks like it’s about to fall off the bride to be .
