I messaged support on Facebook. Hopefully I will hear back from them soon! I use mine a lot and after just a few short months I had to buy brand new rollers for it. It keeps saying *install brush roller correctly* and makes this awful whirring sound. When I remove the cover, the roller isn't moving. It is as if the transmission is going out or something??

The video is not published yet because my s5 is not working after only 3 months of using [ one time per week) very week using frequency. Could you please contact me for fixing this problem, I saw many customers complaining for this kind of problems happening on this vacuum. I don't want to promote some thing not reliable.

Ma perché fate dei video impossibile io lavo con il pavimento quasi pulito e pure alcune macchie specialmente se sono appiccicose li tolgo a mano ,altrimenti non vanno via e poi non asciuga bene rimangono aloni bagnati, e la terza che compro😢

Please disassemble the handle. Press the spring to release the handle with a tool (like a screwdriver) and lift the released handle from the appliance.
After charging S5 start to have humming sound similar to the internal fan sound of laptop. Is it normal? The sound continue even after the power is cut. Is the battery overheating? Any danger of fire?
Hi Woji, You hear this noise because a fan starts working to lower the charging temperature. It's safe and will do no harm to your health. We suggest you update your APP to add a vocal reminder once the fan is going to work. Hope my response helps you.
I wish these companies implement a trade in service to update our gadgets. I always want the newer version, but my husband says “no more “new gadgets until ours break down. 😰😰
