వాకింగ్ ముందుగా రన్నింగ్ తో మొదలెడితే మంచిది. కొంచెం దూరం రన్ చేసి ఆ తరువాత వాకింగ్ చేస్తే గమ్యం పూర్తవుతుంది. తెలియకుండా ఐపోతుంది. ప్రెగ్నెంట్స్ వాకింగ్ చేస్తే మంచిది. ప్రతి రోజు చేస్తే మంచిది. ఐతే మొదలెట్టి ఆపకూడదు. చేయకపోయినా పర్లేదు.చేస్తే 9 మంత్స్ చేయాల్సి వుంటది. లేదంటే వద్దు. డాక్టర్స్ సలహా మంచిది.
