ok so two things - can you start a new account under the same email address? and also, if i go to google play and try to buy/rent a movie, i can't. the buttons literally do not highlight, it looks like a ban or penalty of some sort. i logged out and went back to the movie section of google play and the buttons were available to use, if i have been banned or penalized for something, i have no clue what i did wrong
