Hello, I happily found your channel and wanted to ask you a few questions if you don’t mind. I am in a wheelchair and also have Cerebral Palsy as well. Do you use an adaptive indoor bicycle for exercising? I have to be on a medication for my mental health that has caused me to gain some weight, and I would love to find a way to some cardio in but it is very difficult for me to exercise I am having to do all the work through diet which can be very frustrating. Finding your channel has made me smile so thank you and I hope you are having a wonderful holiday weekend!
Hi, nice to meet you yes are use a nustep and I was very fortunate that my mother found it on Facebook marketplace but I do know that a lot of rehab centers use them if you have one near you. I like the new step because you can do both bike workouts like spin classes and running classes at the same time. What really change the game for me is I got use of the Peloton app because my sister has the peloton spin bike, so she made me an account and I was just kind of modified the workouts from there

im going to be getting an apple watch se in a couple weeks and been looking for wheelchair users reviews on it in just curious do you have to tap the wheelchair workout even if your doing something like weights or just do the workout that able bodies do
There’s different buttons yes I’ve done weights with it but in three beginning setting it up it ask are you a wheelchair user and i clicked yes
But yes you can do weights yoga and a few others like the able bodied user i think the only thing that actually says pushes is if i wanted to do a run workout
