I think all of them are common among calisthenics athletes but here is my experience about 6th topic. Once I was talking with a friend in gym and I didn't realize that we've been talking to long. When we stopped talking I went to the bench for my next set and couldn't even do 2 reps. Normally I do 5-6 reps in my workig set. Also I couldn't feel the strength in my muscles so I had to warm up again. I felt really bad because the rest of my workout didn't go well. After this I started looking at the time after I finish a set. I don't let my muscles to cool down anymore.
Dear Viktor! Nowadays I can't train as efficently as I used to. My prgoress is slowly decreasing and I can't even recover during deload weeks. I think I should take 1-2 months off to enjoy life and return with more energy. This video is extremely useful, you a helped a lot! 🙏🙏 I think people should talk more about these topics. Thanks for making it!
@@BELKACEMCHRIS It's hard to say exactly. Probably from zero level took me 3 years. It's possible to include broader answer to this question in my next videos.
Just be consistent Little steps No music and no quarrel between workout sets Observe the skill Make muscle and mind connection Stay visionary Be patient Trust the process Get sufficient information Love your work Take sufficient rest Keep going........
At almost 43yrs old, im now doing strictly Calisthenics for 5 months and just got my Muscle Up last week, i know its gonna be a process to get another goal but im looking forward to the journey
Short but got lots of insight, especially on the part of being unique as your own, yes you can get inspiration from high level athletes, but always remember to be that brand, be yourself and be different. Thanks Viktor!
5:58 That's right the evolution of the sport in the last 10 years has created a sort of illusion... even if the sport has evolved a lot doesn't mean that standard human abilities has also evolved, so going for hard moves without a solid basis is very risky. That was an important mention
The best video from you so far! Thats some great points you made! Been training Cali for more than 5 years, got some skills, lost some and regained some. Injuries were a big part of the journey, and it’s always about learning from every training.
Brother, the most valuable video for all workout athletes that I have ever seen. This should be first video to see when you are a novice in this sport. These 10 topics should be tenets for us 💣
I don't know how you'll receive this but I'll let you know anyway. in my planche training, I always play your videos performing the planche. the amount of motivation and passion I get watching you perform is crazy.

Extremely helpful video Kamenov, I did Calisthenics for a year and then on a big stoppage since 2 years. I will get through an operation in July or August 2023 and then make my comeback again and these tips are surely gonna help. Bcoz we get so negatively pushed by Instagram videos of people just trying to achieve skills the fastest way even without training basics. I will train basics first after I begin my comeback and then move towards statics. With love and respect from India bro and we all need more videos like this and also sick Calisthenics edit videos on Rings ❤🔥❤🔥🔥🔥

@@fikyfikyfikyfiky u know he just became a fitness youtuber rather than an calisthenics athelete 🙂🙂.. And in his last video he is using his old videos and clips for his promotion of his website 🙂🙂.... Conclusion :- after 10 of hard work Victor kemenov is still able to do skills and much more motivated for calisthenics but LAROSA is not 🙂🙂
What do you think about those topics? 🤔 Have you ever faced anything discussed in the video?
How long did it take you to learn full planche Viktor

How much time you need to get a skill back ( like half the time or more)
Depends on the skill and the duration of break.
