- **Nagaland**: AFSPA is in effect in some parts of the state.
- **Manipur**: Imposed in parts of Manipur, except for the Imphal Municipal area.
- **Assam**: In effect in certain districts of Assam.
- **Arunachal Pradesh**: AFSPA is applied in some districts along the Assam border and areas near the Myanmar border. **Jammu & Kashmir**:
AFSPA is still in force across the entire Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir due to its special security situation.
