Wow, I started the first exercise with 3lb weights and dropped them by the 2nd exercise--this was killer! Will be doing this one 3x a week!
Followup: I have been doing this workout twice a week for two months. I see a major difference in how lean and strong my arms are/look. Thank you so much! This is my go-to summer arms workout!
