I stumbled upon this on a random RUclips journey and I have to say, this might just be the perfect pop song. I have no idea what they're saying but it's catchy with a weird nostalgic feel I can't quite place. No wonder Korean pop is taking over the west. Our boybands look utterly lazy compared to Kpop bands and anyone who isn't a teenage girl refuses to acknowledge them as musicians. If these guys are anything to go by, I'll tell anyone who'll listen that I'm impressed, proud as ya like.
Zoe Time Turner Indeed- even from someone who is a music and theatre person (though a KPop fan) K-bands whether girl or boy are all extremely impressive as performers and especially groups like this, SEVENTEEN, PRISTIN, and BTS who also choreograph/produce their own songs is another level of impressive.

Jeonghan the Beautiful Giraffe I wasn't badmouthing anyone. My point was that Korean performers hard work shines brighter than western boy and girl groups. I'm not a Kpop fan, as I said. I just came across this song by chance and carried on watching other groups...... but I grew up in the era of boybands and girlbands and not one of them, in my opinion, come close to how hard working Kpop groups are. I'm not saying they don't deserve recognition as the majority of them are actually brilliant artists in their own right. But there's a huge difference in singing whilst executing complex dance moves and getting up from a stool during a key change. That's all I meant.

When I heard about the plagiarism scandals going on for VIXX. I thought it had to be a hoax. Plagiarism is every artists, writers, singers, and composers nightmares. I want to be a writer one day and to just see for myself that someone so despicable could resort to doing just that. THEN go on to bash the artists fansbase???
When you are human you are bound to do something stupid. But I don't know if i can defend someone's way of thought in doing something so low. Yeah there are artists who draw inspiration from other's artists, and composers drawing from other composers, and writers being inspired from other writers. But that's where the line is drawn. Being inspired.
To take inspiration and flip it on its head to plagiarize you would have another thing coming to you thinking you would never get caught. When you know, that you know it's not the human thing to do. To take what someone worked so hard to create. I'm talking hours!
Hours worth of blood, sweat, and tears being put into their hard work. Does anyone know how long it takes to write lyrics to a song? You have to be in the creative zone. Normally 5 songs are never picked up to the one that is picked as the lyrics to the next new song we get to hear.
Do you know how long it takes compose a soundtrack to a song? Days. Again it's that creative zone that is hard to get into. I'm aspiring to be a writer one day. I know how long it takes to write a book. For some people it takes years of work to do just that. Someone's hard work shouldn't be trampled on as these people are doing.
VIXX deserves better than what they are receiving. I will forever stand by VIXX, and starlights. I know I'm a bit late with my thoughts for VIXX. I also know that my words will be pushed in the jumble of multiple commenters. More than ever now, I wish i spoke Korean so I could write all of this for the members of VIXX: "I know the struggle! I will be here always rooting for you."
