To get the inactive mushroom drops you have to hit the mushroom enemies with Pyro or electro to "activate" them which causes them to drop the special drops
Really? If this is true you saved me a lot of trouble because I was so frustrated by these enemys they always gave me the wrong drops.

although his main stat is EM you shouldn’t really ignore his crit ratio. He would do much more damage if he had higher crit dmg
I agree, I saw his crit ratios and was like no wonder he feels like he’s doing no damage. EM is a nice stat to have on him but I would still prioritise crit first and then look for EM substats.

Same, I build him on EM but he wasn't doing that much so I changed him to a crit built with 2 Wanderers and he is doing a bit better.
Moga a little advice, Deepwood isn’t actually his BIS! You can run that on a DIFFERENT support in team, and put the other new set on him. That way you can maximise his damage!
Also his best teammates are Yae and Fischl, because even if they apply Aggravate, Tighnari can still Spread!

@@AlexT7916 raiden's E works with everything, as long as you deal damage (including charge atk). it also works with fall damage.
Hey moga, just wanna mention that wanderer's troupe is better for tighnari while deep wood is a set for another party member to support tighnari. Great video as always!

I wouldn't recommend to go all that much into em. Think of it as his attack stat, I think it's still pretty important to buikd a good crit ratio because the spread reaction still accounts for the crits. I guess 300-400 em and then the usual ratio for a main dps, his weapon does have 44 crit rate at lvl 90 for a reason. Also, again, by how the spread reaction works, attack doesn't affect whatsoever. His basic scaling is based on attack, so amos bow (even though it can work nicely) isn't really your best option, any other 5* is gonna be more effective to him

You probably figured it out already, but it's the same mushrooms that drop two different material.
If you kill them with pyro or electro, they drop something.
If you kill them with physical and other elements, they drop the ones you want for Tighnari.
Although most my characters that damage are electro, I had to shelve them for this, Luckily I had Childe and Kokomi
This helps a lot I was literally struggling
so what if you kill them with more than one? is it just whoever delivers the killing blow?
@@luciacastille so after literally just finishing farming what I’ve learned is DO NOT USE PYRO OR ELECTRO. just run Anemo, Geo, Cryo, Hydro and Dendro and your gonna get the drops.

I had guaranteed and pulled zhongli at 83 pity then got an early jean and 62 pulls later still no tighnari 💀
for quicken teams fischl is basically always the best electro character, she has the best electro application so far because of her a4 having no icd and she does a lot of damage by herself
also quicken kind of works like yun jin or shenhe's buff making it so you could probably replace bennett with another character that doesn't mess with reactions like kuki or yae, kuki is great because she can heal and also hold the deepwood artifact set while yae does a lot of damage off field especially with aggravate and has a much bigger range
the last character can be anyone that doesn't mess with quicken so anemo characters like kazuha and sucrose or zhongli who shreds dendro resistance and can also hold deepwood, or you could also just run collei but she doesn't really add much to the team other than holding deepwood
I like using Collei with him because of the extra particles and dendro res. I mean having two dendro and two other elements in your team is better than having Tighnari with 3 other elements, because he can get up to 80 em this way and 18% atk. There might be better options but I like this one the most
@komibear well beidou's burst doesnt work with bow charged attacks I think. So no not really
The new boss it doesn't get a shield but, does special attacks like the ruin serpent. It only does it if you use electro on it and, it summons fungi if you use pryo on it.

Quick note, the meter only reasonably builds up from quicken and aggravate reactions, otherwise it's REALLY minimal.

Tip: When you trigger Quicken, the next attack, whether that be Electro or Dendro, is boosted. It is like Melt and Vaporize in that sense, meaning that you would need someone to constantly be inflicting Electro to the enemy.
Also, Atk Goblet will likely net more than an EM one.
When using his signature bow EM is probably still better than atk, since the effect coverts his EM into charged attack damage
His e is one of the last thing you need to power up,it doesn't get that much better,just power up his CA and Burst
Edit : sara is not a good support for him,you need someone who can apply electro for a long time like fisch or yae
Sara is actually fine, you dont need electro application that frequently, you basically want characters like fischl, beidou or yae for the bonus damage
Sara is pretty decent for short bursts of extra dps and spread and quicken lasts quite a while with a single electro hit, probably enough for the 3 charged attacks and a burst. Still, you're right about Fischl and Yae being better maybe with tenacity set too.

Ehh gilded isnt rlly worth it from what ive seen if we compare wanderer to gilded dreams and gilded dreams has 3 non dendro teammates then gilded is a bit stronger than wanderer but if solo dendro then deepwood is best set for him so in general wanderer is bettee

Moga, quick tip! Spread + Aggravate work like melt/vaporise. It only buffs that attack.
Also, Quicken doesn't end after you cause Spread or Aggravate. So you can Quicken and enemy, use Dendro which is buffed by spread, and immediately use dendro again or electro to cause Spread/Aggravate.
As long as you can see the enemy is affected by dendro and electro, you can cause Spread or Aggravate.

I love the dendro+electro reaction so much, my raiden e went from 7k-8k to 13k-15k so i crowned her. Honestly proud cause she is carrying the team with aggravate.

For 4* bow, Viridescent Hunt is actually a good choice for him. It matches his color scheme really well too. It fits him best visually out of the characters in my opinion.
with burning, the pyro is always on, so applying dendro to a burning enemy extends it’s duration.
Amos isn't a very good weapon for him since he doesn't need atk%
Also you did go a little overboard on EM.

I really love the little tidbit with the flora of the region, with plant enemies snd just plants, the mushrooms to be exact, both of those can yield different materials depending on if you apply electro or pyro on them, never have i ran an overload team as a exploration team, but yeah, pretty nice and quite fun honestly, well, its including dendro

Since aggravate and spread is a transformative reaction they will scale even better when you get tighnari up to level 90 and would greatly increased your damage.
Hey Mona just wanted to mention that aggravate and spread are reactions that can happen simultaneously. It’s like vaporize, when quicken happens it’s a state where spread and quicken can happen at the same time.
Tip for those who's just beginning to understand Dendro x Electro reaction:
One thing about the catalyze reaction between electro and dendro, after aggravate or spread is triggered for the secondary reaction, the dendro element remains for some time, so it helps to have someone who can apply electro almost every shot so that after one (either spread or aggravate reaction) the dendro element that remains will easily be quickened.
This will make Tighnari's quick charge attacks become very useful if you pair him with off field electro applier like fischl or yae miko (and dori in 3.1), so dendro will become quickened, quickened easily be turned into spread and the cycle of reaction from dendro to quickened, to spread, back to dendro, then quickened again just keeps on going.
This logic also applies to aggravate, so you just do the same thing but with electro and dendro exchanging roles.
if u wanna save time just throw artifacts into the craftin box ull get a dendro dmg bonus one eventually

Spread ads about 3400 damage before elemental mastery bonuses if the character is at level 90 , and that damage gets increased by DMG% bonuses and crits , just like Shenhe's and Yunjin's buffs

Yahoo Moga! You should try this kinda comp with Tighnari: Tighnari as a On field dps, Yae as Off field dps and a Battery like Fischl and a Healer of course! Kokomi is the best one for this kind of comp! lemme know if it works!!
Kinda random and this video is 2 weeks old but a Team that ive been playing around with is Super high EM Dendro-Burgeon/Vaporize team with: Sacrificial Tighnari - Mappa Mare Off-Field Kokomi - Dodoco (or Sacrificial is you need more EM) Klee - Solar Pearl Heizou (His 2nd Passive raises EM by 80 for the whole team, excluding himself). With the Rotation being, Heizou Normals to build E stacks > Koko E - 12sec jelly> Tigh E - 8sec taunt (This groups all of the enemies to Tigh's taunt while getting hit my Koko's E, Also his E charged shots last for 12sec + don't go away after switching characters )> Hezou E for damage and EM bonus > Tigh's 3 Charged Shots timed with the splashes of Koko's E > Klee can either do a Single Attack then Charged if they have Dodoco Tales, just Charged Attack (and because Tighnari keeps enemies in place, Klee can hit a lot more reliably FINALLY!), or if they have 4pc Crimson then E before attacking like stated before > Heizou Q if available and then Normals > Start again. This Rotation works especially well for small groups because of Tighnari but can be used like a makeshift Single Target Vaporize pretty effectively)

When using dendro and electro reactions you don’t need to worry about losing the quicken aura to spread as both can coexist and proc simultaneously
Don’t ignore crit on him! Spread reactions takes all dmg% into consideration, not just EM. He will get a huge boost if you build like a main dps, heavy focus on crit then EM
amazing video, tho Amos bow isn't really good on him I wish u gave him the aqua simulacra instead for the extra crit dmg and elemental dmg buff. however I'm looking forward for your 2nd raised/god mode where we see him in action with his own weapon and 4pc set
I'm using Aqua and he does 20-23k charged shots with the smaller arrows hitting around 12-15k :)

I have Amos and Viridescent Hunt R1. With Viridescent Hunt, his crit dmg will be 180 but atk is lower than Amos. By Amos, it's 150 crit dmg. Do u think I should change from Amos to Viridescent Hunt? I not yet level this bow because I don't have enough materials so I can't test. I need some advance :(

His main attack isnt the only attack that spreads pls pay attention to the numbers the little hits may be about 5k but there was a one with 11k as well
Burning needs to apply a "lot" of dendro because Pyro consume it like you need to put wood to keep the fire
With all his passives raising EM you dobget alot more than 500 when in combat.
Its really weird, it feels like the devs madd Sumeru, Dendro and all the artifacts on one go and then designed Tighnari *afterwards.*

Gives *50 EM* when firing a *Charge Shot,* lasts for *4 seconds.*
*[Dendro Resonance]:*
Increase *EM by 50* permanent.
Gants all party members *30 EM for 6 seconds* when triggering Burning/Quicken/Bloom.
Grants all party members *20 EM for 6 seconds* when triggering Aggrevate/Spread/Hyperbloom/Burgeon.
These buff *counts independantly.*

Yea if you use Bennett's burst first it doesnt mess up dendro reactions
One thing to note, spread and aggravate dmg depends more on level than on EM. Since Tighnari is only at lvl 70, the spread dmg will be severely hindered. Also, ditching a little EM for crit dmg goes a long way🥰

Using hydro with dendro creates bloom, which spawns little seeds. If you attack those seeds with pyro you’ll get bigger numbers. My Hu Tao and lvl 40 Collei did 19K dendro DMG per seed (that adds up if you have multiple seeds out)
Fun fact: test run gives you almost all the required resources to bring him to 40/40

When fighting the mushrooms kazuha is super satisfying
The reason the Terrorshroom dies so quickly is because you're using pyro which burns him and puts him in a "deactivated" state, thus making him 'weaker'
And the bar that he has, if you hit him with electro he can get "activated" (the same as all the other mushroom enemies) this, making him stronger attacking faster and whatnot
Oohhh that's a cool mechanic. no wonder xiangling just melted him when i went to get materials for collei
tbh he's just a very easy boss in general, i used Yelan main DPS + Fischl and he dies in like 20 seconds

tighnari is better with the support having the deepwood set, and him having the set alongside it. but yeah, definitely prioritize crit then elemental mastery
and keep in mind that he isnt fully build. you also want a consistent electro applicator like fischl on your team, so that would definitely buff his damage and recharge

Looks like someone didn’t pay attention to the livestream, teasers, and in-game tips that mention
“It matters what element you kill the fungus enemies with, that will change what they drop”
Like…they tried multiple times to make this clear to people
I think the problem is the fact that he’s dendro, people aren’t playing correctly yk or running some random characters hoping for reactions just because they don’t know how dendro works exactly. Everyone should take their time to understand the new element before judging a character.
A little tip for book farming is that you can use Yae to craft books for a chance of getting other books (same region)
So~ just to clear a few things up
burning is meant to be constantly applied with dendro. you dont need to have multiple pyro applicators only a dendro applicator so a single instance of pyro can trigger pretty much infinite burning reaction with the right dendro applicator.
Amos is probably one of the worst weapons for tighnari as he does not benefit in the slightest from atk. something like the aqua would have been a lot more beneficial as the flat damage added to spread procs can crit. so if spread adds 2k damage that number is affected by crit and dendro%.
as for what was happening to your tighnari arrows they were hitting the invisible barrier/wall around the Masanori fight.
even if his dmg is "small" we need to count the fact that his rotation is 4,max 7 secs.

If you proc pyro and then continuously apply dendro, burning has pretty much 100% uptime, especially if you keep swapping between Collei and Tighnari. The problem with the way you tested him is that you’d do just his e/burst and maybe some charged shots and step back to watch the damage, which works with testing most characters, but testing Tighnari (and potentially dendro in general) a more active play style is helpful.
I just spend my entire 2 days to waypoints, archon quest and Aranara quest. I WANT MY SANITY BACK PLEASEEEE

The thing about buring is: it will last forever untill you continue to aplly dendro to enemy becouse burning inflicts pyro so it dont go away ever. Its reaction about consistent 100% uptime

Okay, I haven't finished the video, but the thing with burning is that as long as you keep applying pyro or dendro, I don't remember which one now, it will keep on burning. It is not the best dendro reaction, but it can be useful against some shielded enemies so they take continuous damage even shielded.
tighnari is a fun character
I was exploring sumeru and ran into a bunch of the fungi monsters so i was like “yes now i surely have enough for tighnari” until i realized that i was using electro and pyro the whole time and got useless drops instead since i dont have his weapon
The way the mushroom drops work is that depending on what elements you hit it with it will drop different things
What you could try for spread reactions would be getting a second dendro. Use the traveller/collei to apply dendro, trigger catalyze with your electro and then spread with tighnari. Yes that would mean you'd need to get rid of benny or zhongli, but it might be worth a try.
Also his materials seem to be quite in the open/easy to reach spots. If you wanna farm for collei, you'll need some mushrooms that are often in nooks and crannys or in caves in annoying to reach spots. But at least you'll be constantly able to vibe to that nice sumeru battle music.
In terms of artifacts, I think tighnari can also use an atk% sands and EM goblet for now since most people aren't gonna have a good dendro goblet yet, just wants good substats to compensate
Also, I think a good team for him has a constant electro applier, like fischl or yae or kuki.
Hes really fun to play with! cant tell how good he is cause of how hard it is to farm for him lol
Btw moga heres some tips for him
1 use a diff weapon like aqua its better than amos on him
2 he needs good crit ratio still build him like how miko is raised focus crit and then instead of focusong attack u focus em as 2nd stat
3 use another dendro with him and have deepwood set on them and u need to have a electro who applies good like fischl or yae so ideal comp is tighnari collei/dendro mc yae/fischl and last is flex spot i use kuki so my rotation is traveler e and burst kuki e and burst fischl e and then tighnari e ult charge attacks
4 he is rlly crit hungry so give him alot of crit rate bur shouldnt be an issue once u raise his weapon

he works nicely as a dendro enabler for electro units like yae and fischl while doing damage himself. kinda like childe
