To be fair, the person who amde this video misread the requeriments for this decision. You don't need to be a satanist to do this, if you are ambitious with impeial administration it will suffice.

This is wrong, you don't need to be a satanist to do this. You need to be either:
Lunatic
OR
Possessed
OR
Ambitious with imperial administration
OR
Member of the satanists.
Still it's a good start to get the achievement.

I got this achievement in the 1187 start as the Angeloi dynasty, though I joined Satanists for a different reason and moved the start to 1186 to get the last Lombard character to raise my kids since he dies in Jan. 1187. Got lucky with ambitious and joined catholics so I could get the Lombard, and got the chevie on the side. Fun times!

this tutorial also doubles as a way to get the Deus Vult achievement if you take Egypt and then invade the surrounding nations to make the Outremer empire. only had to do 8 more wars to claim everything I needed.
even now these 2 achievements are still pretty rare with 1.3% of the players unlocking them. if you are especially insane you could also use it to recreate the Roman Empire, capturing this area was always the hardest part for me.
I dont know if anyone is going to read this, but you can get this achievement almost instantly by playing the Byzantine Emperor in Viking Age bookmark, he is an ambitious with imperial administration already and uncrowned cause he is not catholic, you just have to switch religions and crown yourself.
When you worship the devil but god has to grant you into heaven because you’re a crusader

I mean this works but if you want to speedrun more than one achievement, you could try this as Charlemagne. Apparently the ambition path is bugged, so as of now you can apparently only do it as a member of Lucifer’s lil fan club.

I actually had an opportunity to get it ages ago, but accidentally chose wrong opinion and rage quited, so yea.... im glad this video payed for that misstake
You apparently don't need to be a satanist for this, he just misread the requirements.

You don’t need to be a demon worshipper. It’s very easy to do as Basil I. Become Catholic and on the coronation event you can instantly get it.
I was so close to headhunter, just needed 2 more merciless killa. But i got god damn cancer
This achievement isn't hard at all if you're trying to get it and are playing a full campaing. It's not too hard to get the ambitious trait (though you can also lose it pretty fast).
You could also just play as stankst Charlemagne, it's stupid easy to become emperor and keep ambitious, and you'll have enough time to lose diligent and become lazy.

Holy fury for the coronations, monks and mystics for the cultists, though you can skip the cultists if you have the lunatic trait
