great for someone who searches how to do only fetch in React. The point with callback and using it on the first mount was not hat clear, since it is not present in the end solution. Could you please tell more on that. If I understood right, if you would make in useEffect a dependency inside, you would need the callback to be used in order not to call by rerendering in a loop this useEffect, true ?
