Thank you for making your vlogs so informative its great having ideas for patterns to use and for the fabrics that would work well with them and a bit late but wishing you and your family all the good things for 2022.
Not used Jumbo cord but I love the idea of a jacket in that pink colour. Thanks Jenny 😊 BTW love the Billy sweater you are wearing the fabric is gorgeous 😍
Jenny - thanks for this vlog and demystifying cord! Quick question what wale would needlecord be and where would it fit across the 3 types you described and stock? Is it the same as the middle one?
Hi Alison, thank you I’m glad you enjoyed it! Needlecord is generally a finer cloth of 16 wales & above, so it’s closer to the 21 wale babycord out of the 3 that I have in stock at the moment. Hope that helps! Xxx
Hi Tina, it depends on the weight, for the baby cords I'd use a 70/10 but for the jumbo maybe and 80 or 90 to deal with the bulky seam intersections xxx
Super, love those patterned ones.
I love the lander pants in a chunky cord and when pressing use
another piece of corduroy offset to the wale.
That's a fab idea Debs! xxx
Very useful thank you 💖
You're welcome Brenda thank you xxx
