I went to a large quilt show in Daytona a couple years ago and tried out every longarm machine brand there. Each had its pros and cons, but in the end, I went with a Bernina Q20 on a 10 foot Studio frame (that's the largest I could get for the space I had). At that time, Bernina was offering a promotion for 5 years financing at 0% interest, so it was too good to pass up. I bought it through my local Bernina dealer (Bee's Quilt Shop in St. Augustine, FL) and they delivered and installed it at no extra charge. A year later, I added the computerized system, and they again installed it at no charge. I have had fabulous customer service from them. Dealer support is extremely important, so I highly recommend that you buy from a business that will be able to give you help when you need it. And for the record, I love my Bernina longarm!

Innova no longer mentions their classic machines. I have a classic 26” which I love! I hope Innova continues to support classic machine owners ie making parts and providing autopilot updates.
