Making a Proma SD work

Wondering how you got the SD working with mach3? My z axis seems to have zero movment after wiring the Proma SD...

I just ordered a 150 to change out the sd on my premier table so that I can have a functioning 'arc ok' signal, because of your video. How much of a difference are the connections to the 150?

Sorry for the delay. It's not too different. Google the manual and it shows a diagram. You can pull arc ok directly from the cpc port to the break out board.

Where do the green and white wire get wired into the plasma? Pics or video would be very helpful. Thank You I have a razor weld cut 45

It depends on if the plasma unit has a voltage divider. Either way it will go into the voltage side of the Proma. You can go direct to the work leads if you don't have a divider

Yes, the slats are all grounded to the machine from underneath

Hey, for the voltage setting set the delay time to 10. Start cutting, once the voltage levels out that is your setting!

how to adjust the height for the transition to the second part so that it goes up 2 inches then goes down to touch anyone know how to do this.?

No changes needed! Mach3 doesn't even know the SD is there making changes
