I find it ironic how many people are outraged by ads interrupting the video, while the main point of listening is to realize that nothing is serious enough to worry about.

The ads are a part of the universe. We can accept them as such and recognize their roles and energies in the universe. This applies to daily existence. We must recognize the Universe for what it is. And we should all just take it easy a bit more.
I think if you fastforward the video and let the last add at the end of video play then hit replay video button it will replay without add. I have premium so i cant test this rigjt now.... but im pretty sure i used this trick years ago . I really hope this help. Have a great sleep everyone .
@hBenDg You don't get the point. One does simply not put adds in sleep videos, except maybe in very beginning. Sleep videos are special, because you are trying to relax and sleep and can not skip the add and it totally interrupts the process of falling asleep. Not to mention that some people have hard time falling asleep and suffer from insomnia and need sleep videos to fall asleep, so it is hard as is. Also most users cannot afford and or don't have premium.

Same type of people complaining about paying $15 a month for something they use everyday are the same people that have no problem spending $15 a day on junk like McDonald's 🤷♂️

Too many moving videos are now accompanied by music and special effects which detract from the message, in my opinion. Perhaps you should assume nothing and judge less.

uBlock origin ad block extension with some specific settings works wonders for that. Google it for the right settings.
