    I apologize to all my viewers and subscribers as these these videos are NOT supposed to have ads. This is an issue with RUclips at the moment, until they restore my control for ad placement and removal of ads. Please check back as we hope to have that matter corrected soon.
    You can definitely assist by submitting a complaint directly to them regarding the issue, and I’d be most appreciative.

      I’m 70-years with around 57 of them consciously searching for the true nature of reality, this particular talk by Alan is the most intelligent discourse heard. Take no notice of the banality of a few comments left here, such as AI put this together, along with the heartless snide remarks, etc. Just lay down somewhere comfortable, try and gaze at the sky, and listen to wisdom in its truest form ❤

    One of the best spiritual talks i've ever heard - & believe me, i've heard many! Ancient wisdom from the Upanishads & Buddhism presented by a Master for our time. Absolutely brilliant! Thank you for this priceless compilation. Alan Watts brings such joy too in his talks. A Bodhisattva if ever there was one! 🙏❤

    There are several flaws in this logic. I listen to it every day for weeks, and gradually I'm discovering them. Later, I can enumerate each one of them. But using short words, this is just a theory. We cannot prove that we have more than one life just by these propositions. 🙏👍💥

      Thank you, yes! I'm grateful that he mentions Alan (in one interview, he mentions him as an early influence), but sometimes I'll listen to one of his talks, and I'll.say, "That's Alan! You got that from Alan Watts. He said that a long time ago!"

    • @paulaoh5306
      @paulaoh5306 4 месяца назад +1

      Sometimes, he uses the exact same metaphors and analogies without giving Alan credit. That's what bugs me.

  • @DihelsonMendonca

    💥 There's a wrong assumption: "If you happen once, you may happen again". There's nothing who indicates that. This would mean that the same glass could be broken and remade again the same glass, and broken again, or it would imply that wood could be burnt into smoke, and the smoke would change again and return to be the same wood, since it happened once, could be happen again. But we know it's not how things work. So, the premises for the conclusion are wrong. If you lived once here, doesn't mean you'll live twice. 🎉❤

    • @BesideLife
      @BesideLife 3 месяца назад +1

      Its about probabilities. The comparison with the glass doesnt work here. Its more deeper than you imagine.

    • @DihelsonMendonca
      @DihelsonMendonca 3 месяца назад

      @@BesideLife Oh, it's deeper than what I imagine. What a lousy argument you have ! 😅😅

    • @offenseliontv8803

      If the universe is infinite for example ( and it may very well be) , the glass will indeed be made into its original state at some point, in infinity all possibilities occur. Just saying this to suggest a diffrent view point. I think what Alan meant is the probability for us existing is very small to begin with ( and it is scientifically) that its not that much crazier for us to exist agan

      Go to the beach and watch a boat disappear over the horizon. Then grab a powerful zoom camera and you'll be able to visually view the boat again.

    Most of this is just crap honestly, though he did have some good ideas. "Nothing" is just not a coherent concept. The patterns of math exist independently and cannot be eliminated. 2 is a prime number and this is a fact with or without consciousness or the universe. Same goes for fractal patterns and the maths that governs physics. Math is eternal and it is everything.
