Therapy taught me that I *suppress* things as a trauma response so I can forget about it and move on. And when my traumas would be triggered, I wouldn’t understand why I would still be so affected by them. So I make it a goal to address things head so I won’t postpone my healing ❤.

I was on this journey... just had a relationship that showed me some things about me..... we broke up and im getting back to my self growth journey that was going sooo well... I am learning why I overeat, why i kept dating the same guy in different faces, feeling guilty about putting me first, etc.... i feel i kep restarting my fit lifestyle, dating the same kind of guys then complaining, building credit then falling back into poor spending habits! Although im seeing growth i feel like im at a half circle lol working towards a straight moving forward
