- Ogbono soup. This is a very delicious soup made from Ogbono seeds. It is a very common soup in Nigeria and loved by all. Ogbono soup is easy to prepare and keeps very well when frozen.

Dry fish

ground Ogbono seeds
ground yellow and red scotch bonnet peppers
cameroon pepper
Crayfish
Palm oil
Uziza seeds
Oha leaves
Seasoning cubes
Salt

Using Oha leave to make ogbono soup does not make sense.... this is bad recipe.

It's the ogbono seed when grounded in to powder form and added to the soup is what makes it slimy.
