    Matt's Supplement Stack
    1. Supplement deficiencies:
    a. D
    b B12
    c. Omega 3
(75 percent of people are deficient in at least one of the above)
    2. Protein
    3. Collegian
    4. Prebiotic
    5. Creatine
    6. Magnesium
+ I take K2 with my D, and every other day I take zinc with my daily magnesium. Neither K2 or zinc were mentioned in the video.

Where does he mention the K2 and zinc part?

@meltedsnowman9637 Good eye. I meant to add a personal footnote and after seeing your reply, I edited my post.. Thank you for catching this.

Thanks for the validation! I'm pretty much taking exactly what you take. I do basil seeds instead of chia. I also do konjac powder and psyllium as part of the prebiotic/fiber supplementation. An interesting thing about Rapamycin is that it is cheaper than most of the supplements that claim to affect autophagy or mtor.

I question the accuracy of Vitamin D blood testing. The 1,25-dihydroxy form of vitamin D that all the blood tests measure is fat soluble and is thus stored in fat tissues in the body. There are probably hundreds of different variables that will impact the expression of 1,25-dihydroxy vitamin D in the serum at any given time..

I don’t know what you mean by impact the expression. Sustaining an optimal serum Concentration is the goal if it’s stored in adipose then it’s by definition not in the bloodstream where can taken up by cells and used.

It is true that your advice is consistent with published empirical evidence. However, it is also true that almost all supplements found in market test positive for healthspan-demoting toxins, such as heavy metals and microplastics.

Potassium is probably as well deficient as magnesium in the population, and also as difficult to mesure, might want to consider adding this to your electrolyte drink. Not a big fan of protein powder, I prefer eggs and home made bone broth for my brunch/late breakfast, and sufficient fish, raw milk cheeses and meat later on, but that's just me.
Vit D, magnesium, B12 (methylcobalamin) omega 3 are really a no brainer, everyone should take them.

I add mag-cit and K-cit to my water to get 50% of their RDAs and presume my whole foods diet more than covers the rest
