If the kind of carrier that you are using is strong enough to withstand the weight you can still continue using it.In any case the baby is already walking at that stage you don't need to use a baby carrier.
You can change the position/location of the baby by adjusting the straps of your baby carrier as I have done at 6:27. Just as we used to adjust our school bags.
