    Tai Chi can be a great daily meditation or exercise. It can be practiced as little as a 5m standing meditation or hours of fun playing in nature. Tai Chi helps people feel centered, connect with their inner self, and connect with nature; consequently, one can feel peace, joy, energy, flow, and thrive. Like any sport, people should be aware of some basic instructions when practicing Tai Chi:
    1. Warm-up,
    2. Move with core and hip
    3, align the knee with the feet
