Nothing wrong with exercise and going to the gym per se, but there are natural ways of staying fit: doing housework, gardening, cleaning and fixing your car, walking or riding a bicycle to work and to shops, help people carry heavy stuff, doing things yourself instead of ordering people around at work, etc.

It vital for our sustenance in all ways. I agree that getting gene mapping to understand what fuels our body is very important. I used the services of a company called Viome recently and it was eye opening. Have you heard of them?

If you can't afford to get your genome analyzed for nutrition, the general guidelines of ayurvedic medicine are of tremendous help to figure out the best way to feed yourself. There are lots of free tests online to figure out which dosha you are and there are several good recipe books on the subject that can also help you. Knowing how to best feed yourself is a total game changer...

I start loosing a lot of weight when I start exercising so I have just decided to take care of my diet instead. I’m only 110 pound. Even my doctor says not to loose weight.
Common knowledge isn't common practice... maybe hearing it again might remind you to make it a habit.... maybe... Criticizing is also very common, that's definitely a habit you do have....
