    Kick started today mrng 5am Magic.
    Meditation, exercise, planning of the day and learning.
    Seems like a total new perspective of life.
    Change now seems inevitable.
    Gifted this video to my daughter and She started looking out for ur books. To start with The Monk who sold his ferrari.... Am so amazed of this.
    She (13y old) told me tonight before hitting bed, tmrw will wake up at 5am...

    Thank you Robin for sharing this. I can tell from my personal experience that the second exercise routine is gamechanging. Early in the morning , I do an energizing workout and in the evening a walk in the nature

    Nothing wrong with exercise and going to the gym per se, but there are natural ways of staying fit: doing housework, gardening, cleaning and fixing your car, walking or riding a bicycle to work and to shops, help people carry heavy stuff, doing things yourself instead of ordering people around at work, etc.

    Exercise, peak nutrition, deep rest, proper hygiene and relaxation are all great reminders for personal mastery. I love how you always emphasize balance of mind, heart, body and soul. It vital for our sustenance in all ways. I agree that getting gene mapping to understand what fuels our body is very important. I used the services of a company called Viome recently and it was eye opening. Have you heard of them?

    If you can't afford to get your genome analyzed for nutrition, the general guidelines of ayurvedic medicine are of tremendous help to figure out the best way to feed yourself. There are lots of free tests online to figure out which dosha you are and there are several good recipe books on the subject that can also help you. Knowing how to best feed yourself is a total game changer...

    I start loosing a lot of weight when I start exercising so I have just decided to take care of my diet instead. I’m only 110 pound. Even my doctor says not to loose weight.
