When I bake my textures into Substance, I'm getting really bad artifacts on one side of my house. I've followed this series from the beginning, so I have no idea what's causing it. Any ideas? Could it be that the high poly isn't unwrapped?

The choice is subjective. But Substance Painter and Mari both are good.

Yes you can use mask editor also to get the similar output.

I used to face the same problem , Just unwrap the mesh correctly and gridify the Uv sets properly

I don't know why but i didn't get the option to 'bake all texture sets' had to bake everything separately.

In triplaner projection inside Substance Painter you can avoid seams. Just check how I used it.
