Alan Jackson instead of using more rinses the eco cycle washes at a lower temperature but takes longer to do the same job as the standard cycle and it gives the same results but for something like a roast dinner I would use intensive

I was told Bosch series 2s all have plastic interiors, whereas series 4s and above, I think have Stainless Steel. And, how has it held up/how is it performing now 5 years since you first got it in (2017) build quality-wise? Especially, the inside of it with any plastic, is the plastic deteriorating? Interested in one so would be a big help.
I am just going from integrated to freestanding dishwasher and thinking to order this. Will this fit properly under 60cm worktop? or is it going to stand out a little bit? what is the depth of your worktops?
Bought one of these in December 2018. Chose a Bosch because I've had one before and it was superb. This one is extremely noisy. The Silence Plus branding is a joke. It's as noisy as my washing machine filling and draining. My previous one was so quiet you had to put your ear against the door to check it was working! Also the diagrams and instuctions are not brilliant - they refer to an upper spray arm but mine doesn't have one just a little white rotating thing which I assume is the spray but doesn't look anything like a spray arm as shown in the diagrams. There is a white rubber crumb strip along the lower front edge whcich looks really cheap. When I posted an honest review to the Bosch website they refused to publish it. I wonder why! So thanks for creating this opportuntiy to offload my frustration. We only ever use the quick 45 deg programme and it's adeqauate but lots of water left on the upturned base of cups and glasses. I once tried the extra dry and it buckled my plastic chopping boards. Now we just dry the water off the cups with a tea towel and leave for a while with the door open before emptying.

The vario speed cycle is quicker but uses more water and electricity. How the ECO cycle which takes 3hr 30 mins be called ECO defeats me !!!

Once complete program is over, to avoid wet dishes you have to open the door, to avoid condensation... that is for all machines...
