    That 316 plaid shirt reminds me of eighties bands from Minneapolis before the Seattle scene. I wore these shirts - well Sears variety. Perfect for going to a state park with your buddies and drinking Grain Belt, Hamm's or Old Style. Or in your case. Rheingold, Schaefer or Rolling Rock. Nothing to do with shirts I know, but I digress.

    The 3sixteen flannels are really solid in my experience. The crosscut is pretty sweet looking too.
    Sleeves run a little wider than iron heart which you e mentioned you e had issues with, you might be a good fit for 3sixteen shirts if you’re in the market for more flannels!

    Oshkosh used to make a denim chore coat. I always called it an engineers coat, but it was popular among late eighties,early nineties LA gangs - think Crips.Pair that coat with a pair if carpenter's denims and a blue bandana, instant gangsta! I used to wear that outfit before I'd even heard of the the Crips or before seeing Colors or Boys in the Hood. One day I was wearing all that get up and I thought, I hope I don't get shot for wearing this. There were no Crips in Chicago then, but the local gang the Disciples wore this outfit. They were a black gang and I was a lone white guy. Prudence and self awareness made me stop wearing that get up. By the way Carl, what Region do you like your coffee from? Hey, there's an idea: Carl's favorite coffees!

    Blended green stuff isn't bad but it could be better if it was done with a juicer rather than as a smoothie. Too much fibre in your diet has its own issues

      lol too much. Most people probably get less than half of what they need. A smoothie isn't doing anything.

    • @cheekibreeki9155
      @cheekibreeki9155 10 месяцев назад

      @@averyj.steele1074 If your diet has whole grains aka rice, wheat or oats, nuts, potatoes legumes and other seeds, odds are you have adequate fibre in your diet as long as you supplement fruits/vege for the minerals and vitamins. Note everything I have listed is considered a carbohydrate under the stupidly wrong food pyramid that's still being taught because the correct version of a dietary outlook is actually pretty complex. A lot of people underestimate how much fibre eating normal staple meals bring. There's a reason why people in the past thrived on them as a staple. You would only have laxation problems that require a boost in fruits and vegetable if your diet is primarily meat based or very refined carbs which in that case you're really not getting enough fibre.
      For example of how much fibres carbs bring along in the asian setting, people are commonly told to nearly triple their fruit/vege intake if for some health reason they have to avoid eating rice. Asians do eat enough rice to justify that change though lol.

      My wife loves Evereve. They make really nice quality stuff. They have styles for grown women that look amazing. You should just take her to the store and let them show her complete looks for her. I went with her and saw how they treated her and it was incredible. She had a smile on her face the whole time. We bought several outfits and she has been back several times on her own. Best part is once she has been in They save all her size and taste info. So I went in for a gift and they gave me the perfect size and color. Made me look like a frigging rock star christmas morning! That's my best recommendation I hope it helps.
