      @@VideoStyler09he’s definitely a lifetime natural. He may have done something light like an Anavar at at some point briefly mostly for a temporary cosmetic look but I don’t believe the guy is using supps to support his physique

      He's literally always advocated walking as your cardio. He now advocates something to get the blood pumping more, but not too intense because of how it makes him feel.

    The main thing that Greg is absolutely spot on is that you have to get stronger if you wanna grow as a natural lifter. If you curl 25 lbs, get stronger and lift 30, then 35 etc.. If you're stuck at light weight and keep pumping 15+ reps, you won't grow.

      Not all muscles respond the same though. I found biceps you need to do more rep focused training and train them more frequently. They don’t respond as well to strength, unlike the larger muscle groups.

      @ False my friend. Muscles are all the same, read the studies. You can do 5 reps on biceps and get stronger, your biceps will grow

    Actually standing Arnold press is smart. Challenge core and give the shoulders some recovery while staying strong. Years of bb overhead and heavy dumbbells beats the 💩 out of the shoulder joints. Trust me

    Great video bro, you have amazing physique. I started to feel progress on my shoulders when I took workout and meal plan from website called OnlyMeal. I work shoulders 2 times in 10 days, and gains are real. Not just shoulders, but my whole body. I gained like 28lbs in 4 months, and I am feeling stronger than ever. My daily caloric intake is 3000 kcal.

    Have you considered doing single-arm presses? It takes twice as long (assuming you still work both arms), but it cuts the axial load on your spine in half, while also working your core because of the asymmetrical load.

      They definitely do. I stopped going for 6-7 reps going heavy on weighted pulls and instead went to around 12. Less elbow pain.

      Hanging from a bar before and after workouts helps me. When pressing, using a narrow arm path (instead of flared), full ROM (requires less weight) and a slow eccentric (on days with pain). Anything more than a 4//10 for pain, best to stop and focus on recovery. Anything under 4/10 should be ok to train (this was advice from my physio after multiple bursitis flare-ups). Hope this helps, good luck!

    This is what being natty looks like, slim and kind of ripped. With clothes on, you wouldn’t think the guy actually lifts. So I say no to supplements no to drugs. Let’s all make natty lifestyle spotlight

    I get my shoulders as wide as possible by starting shoulder day with high volume lateral raises with high reps short rest between sets. It gives you that superhero look.

    Shoulders are mostly genetic when you're natural unfortunately. Yes you can improve them and this will help but 90% if you here will never have big side delts...sorry to say

    This workout is lame, Greg your getting lazy in your approach to training, less is not more - these 2 a week workouts do not produce a strong training effect. In fact I am willing to bet you are in a sub optimal training zone. You need to learn how to maintain muscle and strength while cutting.

      Yeah whenever I leave these sorts of comments I get the “he’s not training for anymore size!” blah blah blah. I get not wanting to get any bigger but Greg has lost significant size over the years and he’s really starting to look skinny. That’s what happens when you’re barely training and always dieting, eventually you just get really skinny.
