I've seen those beautiful 8k displays, and as someone who loves photography and art it truly was mesmerizing to feel almost the same sense of awe as you would if you were actually there because of how vibrant the picture is. It's definitely a new experience.

@@YungCarl10 As someone who hates 8k tvs because of how impractical they are at normal viewing distances I can say that after experiencing it in person it's still an incredible experience to see up close it's just endless detail. But unfortunately our eyes are too poor to see this at normal distances.
@@whatistruth_1 What it enables you to do is sit up close to a large screen and take in minute detail of every aspect of an image, something you can't see clearly with the old 4k and 1080p TVs. Who sits back motionless in a chair nowadays anyway, we are constantly moving around and watching on the go. They are cheap as now too, for a quality 8k you can easily pay under $5k for one but seriously those are shit, for a half decent one about 10k . I traded my 4k in but they are pretty much worthless, old technology now, everybodys going 8k. My brother in law was almost embarrassed comparing to his old 4k when he saw mine he rushed out to buy one 😁😅

@Martha Speaks dude, I use a projector for gaming and films in my bedroom, and the screen I use for it it's 100", and it's not that huge.
Of course my projector is 1080p and costs only 500€. For a good 4k TV that size you'd pay +2000€. But it's just to let you know you can have a big screen at home and not be rich, I share a 65 square meters apartment with 2 friends and managed to fit that in my bedroom 😂

That's what I thought. I've seen 80 inch TV's and that didn't look like 80 inches for some reason.
That's what I thought too, that room without regular living room stuff nearby totally diminishes the size impact of that 88" display.

I bought this TV 83 inches 4K for $5,000. It is beautiful honestly, especially since most things now are still in the 4K era. You aren't gonna use 8K unless u find specific videos so I went with 4K and my god, it is incredible to watch movies, anime, gaming, etc.

4K TV was out here in the 2000, and now we have upgraded version of 8k. Just cost more then double amount of money. But 8k is really better then 3D cuz you don’t need a glass for it. 8k picture quantity is much better then 4k, I feel 4k is everywhere now and phone can record 4k anytime. LCD and LED is different? I like the LED better. More colorful for TV.

8K won’t be very widely available for movies and TV shows for about 5 years or longer from now. Studios have to upgrade their stuff first. Buying right now is not a wise idea if you are looking for sets at a reasonable price, nor for a maximum performance set (meaning they have had time to work out any kinks that may have been discovered in the first sets, etc).
Really, I can pick up my R5 and film 8k30 right now.
I can only imagine how nice the picture quality is since it looks damn impressive on my phone, which I can assure you is not 8k 😂

I picked up a 55” Samsung with the curved screen for my parents when 4K was starting to pick up steam. I was amazed by how crisp and clear it was. It felt like I could watch a movie and slap the characters in it if I wanted to it was so clear. I decided I needed to get a 4K TV for myself and opted for the Sony X93. I hooked it up and was disappointed. It was a great TV but didn’t compare to the Samsung, which was cheaper.

Nah there aren't too many people with 4k screens, the majority are using either 720p or 1080p
