Probably the best response to a video I had in awhile. Another number 1 would be having a child older than yourself. But we take firsts however we can in this family. You know why son? Cause if your not first you’re fucken last. Just stay away from your new moms tits and my buggy’s and you’ll fit in just fine! Thanks btw!
That's the sweetest backyard track I have seen its even better then most city racetracks I have seen where are all your friends doesn't any of them like rc all your I wish I was your friend that track would be my second home I would even help you take care of it🤣😂
Thanks! I normally run every night with my neighbor and a couple of my buddies when they get time. A lot of times it’s easier to edit videos without a bunch of ppl here because we are always talking. But I will get some up eventually when we are all racing.
@@backyardrcracing nice I'm sure you all have a great time that has to be the most popular home on the block well done brother I have a track in my back yard also but it is allot smaller more of a 1/10 scale great for sct I'm thinking of moving to Oregon and buying a large property so I can build a large track like what you have that would be awesome have a blessed day thanks for reply😎👍
Why?? They are slower then electrics by far and way more trouble. Everybody I know has dropped nitro and converted there nitro to electric! I have made piles of money buying old nitros and converting them to brushless. I am surprised nitro still is a thing. My local tracks don't even have a class for them. My XMAXX has 11 horse in it and it is practically maintenance free since they are brushless. Very little noise too! But hey to each there own right! More power to you if you like gas. 30 years ago gas stomped electric but it has reversed now!
@@BJETNT Nitros race longer distance and are usually faster. Nitro racing has a lot more strategy involved. Why even mention your traxxas when 1/8 scale racing is a small niche that is filled with nitros. It is completely arrogant.
Muy buen video, trato de construir una pista en un lote, pero me causaba curiosidad en tiempo de lluvia. debo agregar al gun material? (arena de rio con piedras pequeñas?)
Believe it or not I have approximately 250-300’ of drain pipe underground, with about 7 surface drains. The problem… to much rain!! Guess I should have put bigger pipe in to handle that much. But it drained shortly after the rain subsided. No standing water unless a drain clogs from leaves!
Check out my Air Tekno video ruclips.net/video/uoNk2hRB0g0/видео.html of exactly what you described. Luckily the Tekno chassis flex is amazing and sprung back without permanent bends.
We are planning on adding a monster jump to our track, too. One where a mistake could prove to be brutal, like yours. Call it 'the punisher.' Or, use a person's name like Buster Chassis.
Haha, Buster Chassis!! Awesome! It has proven to deliver a punishment already. 2- $130 batteries and a ESC. Idk how long it will last but it’s fun for the moment! I will be keeping an eye out for your upcoming videos!!!

Wow! Well done! Do you have a lap timer? That would really add to the enjoyment for sure - Being able to know if you’re bettering your lap times or not. They make an infrared one now that isn’t too expensive and supposedly works great
I do. I actually received it like 2 weeks ago. I got the LapMonitor system. Have not tried it yet do to the weather but hopefully soon. I will post a video when I do.
My soil is naturally sandy and because the track is close to my creek, it’s filled with rock unfortunately. However, I did bring in clay a few layout changes ago and mixed it with my soil while screening it with my homemade 8’x8’ screener. Mixture I would guess around 50/50. I went this route to make for easier track changes when I get bored.
So ummmm. I'm married to a woman that loves her yard. More than me. What did you do to convince her this was good? Should I go aggressive and turn our bedroom into a track or are there some favors you did that are only appropriate for dms? Lol looks awesome! My envy is boundless.
A question I’m asked often for sure lol. The story is quite long but my approach throughout the evolution of “The Track” was act first then ask for forgiveness and convincing her with statements like “I could be at the bar” or reminding her I could be away from the house driving hrs away to go to a track since there is none within two hrs from home. Also, it helped that we just put our in ground pool in and I was doing most of the work as far as regrading the yard, setting the shed… so the one day she came home I had ordered in three extra tri-axels of dirt and I told her I must’ve underestimated the dirt we needed I totally forgot about the dirt I’d need for “The Track”. She rolled her eyes and the rest is history. We all have our dedicated outdoor spaces, she gets the pool, I get the track area and I built a large playground area for the kids, complete with a zip line that takes you from the playground pass the pool to the track lol. Of course I made strong enough to support me as well! Note: this is not relationship advice, I am not legally trained to give relationship advice just sharing my experience lol!
That’s like a dream AirBnB for me.
Adopt me. I'm only 42 with a great disposition and don't mind taking out the trash or mowing the lawn. Great track set up......Dad.
