Its funny how unrealistic it is when it spins that fast in the air, other than that its still satisfying to watch
there's many videos of that happening in real life
Where do you think the momentum goes? It doesnt just disappear. Until it runs out of momentum, the vehicle will spin like that, even sometimes gaining more momentum.
Its not unrealistic trust me... Many accidents happened where the car flipped like 7-8 times just as fast. SUV's especially
@@salvobeats_ yes and no. the 1:01 clip is not what you just explained because it spinned slow at first and then it sped up a lot on the 2nd flip. it would definetly keep flipping but it would not be flipping that fast
@@salt_exe Iv seen it happen irl, It’s slow then hits like a corner or something and swings all that weight towards thus making the car spin faster. So yes.

The only thing this is missing... is particles... lots and lots of them. I wouldn't care even if those are artificial particles that disappear.. with the underwhelming amount of particles it has these cars feel.... as if they're made of clay. If there were tiny bits and pieces scattered and flying around from these crashes, leaving a ton of mess around - it would bring it to perfection.
I agree, but most pc’s already struggle without particles. Adding this would be very hard on the pc. Would be cool though as an option.

The settings in the game are maximum, and I do not disclose the reshade settings, I do not want many of the same type of channels with the same beautiful graphics as mine to appear

How are you doing these rollover Thumbnails ?
There is one way:a key combination happens to be popping a random tyre that you are currently in,but you can tell it just got popped and in the thumbnail the tyres are fine (obviously the axle gets broken because yes) another way is that you have to oversteer at high speed (prefect for top heavy vehicles) edit:if about to take picture there is a button where you can slow down time until stop (then angle your cam to have it like in the thumbnail

I think this game is missing friction and torque
I agree, but this is only a small part of what is missing. The game has bad shadows, has problems with PBR materials, very old cloud shader, bad optimization, I record the game at 4090 in slow mo and then speed it up to get 60 frames

Are there any beamng videos out there with more realistic vehicle speeds? Alot of these sorts of videos have these cars seemingly going 200+mph
I don’t drive at this speed often, not every mod is able to develop such speed, but often I have to drive at high speed due to the lack of flexible camera settings from 3rd person, I also reduced the FOV, which also does not have a very good effect on the feeling of speed, but bring the camera closer you can’t, so for now I’m using FOV -13. I'm still experimenting with other categories, maybe in the future there will be videos where I will drive more slowly
@@crazydriversbeamngdrive5461 you're doing great! Although I think this is an inherit issue with Beamng itself. Going 60-70 mph looks more like 100+mph at least to my perception. Mostly any other vehicle or racing sim seem to behave alot differently.

Beam ng is the reason I can't play any forza, gran trismo, gta, etc. This game is simulated, not scripted.
Had to laugh when I saw the car using it's turn signals to pass on the roads.

Really bumpy off roading and drifting with no counter steering, since the wheels aren't rolling the grip takes over the leaning weight of the car and the rest is obvious

what app do you use for capture yours crashes? obs studio or other?
I use OBS. I used to use Shadow Play, but the video quality is not very good, and there is a bitrate limit, only 4090 can be recorded with a bitrate of 250. Unfortunately, the OBS also has enough disadvantages, for example, a large file weight and as a result of hanging when watching a video, especially if the video is not on an SSD drive. Another OBS takes about 5-10 fps during recording, well, the absence of any alerts when you start or finish recording, there is also no notification about the finished disk space. But I still use OBS, I put a plugin to capture audio only from a specific source and while recording a video I can listen to music or some video in the background, which is very convenient
